75 Day Challenge - Day 14

We are officially two weeks in to the 75 day challenge and I wanted to share some deeper thoughts. Check out my vlog by clicking the photo.

75 Hard progress update — Two weeks in and I think my butt is lifting!

PROGRESS UPDATE FOR THE 75 DAY CHALLENGE

Drink 1 gallon of water a day	I have been doing really good with my water intake. That is never an issue. Every now and then I add a sprinkle of Liquid IV for some flavor. I have been fluctuating with my coffee intake, anywhere from 2-4 cups a day.
Exercise for 30 minutes a day, twice a day	I have been super consistent with this. I will be truthfuxl, the last few days I have been logging my 90 minutes of walking as my 2 30 minutes. I need to get a little more focused with that. My day has changed a bit, which I will talk about in the next blog update.
Read for 30 minutes	I have been completing this task everyday and enjoying it so much. I finished my last Reacher book and am currently reading Black Ice by Brad Thor
Follow any "diet"	I am absolutely keeping within my calorie count specially because I never count in my exercise calories
Take a photo for daily progress	A gallery below. I didnt realize it has been so many days since writing an update. I have been so busy with Mizzy's Boutique new products, that my days are a bit hectic. All in a good way!
