Tis the season for delicious sweet treats to get through the holidays. This Christmas Crack recipe also known as Christmas Chex Mix will have you addicted. With just a handful of ingredients, this dessert whips up in no time.
This version made with white chocolate is always a crowd pleaser.
I wanted to do something special for our team this year, so I thought creating something from the heart was the way I wanted to go. It is a personal touch that brings me joy. I also thought having treats on hand during a hectic event weekend would add the perfect motivation when we needed a little pick me up.
The combination of rice and corn chex, salted peanuts, pretzels, and Cheerios is ammmmazzzzinnngggggggg. Add in the chocolate to balance it all and OMG ----- the sweet and salty is grabs you in all the right places!

Christmas Crack Recipe
Christmas Crack Ingredients:
36 Ounce White Chocolate
11.4 Ounces M&M's
4 Cups Pretzels
2 Cups Salted Peanuts
7 Cups Rice or Corn Chex or Mix Both
4 Cups Regular Cheerios
Prep:
Line sheet pans with parchment paper
About 15 min to make
About 30 min to cool
Step One:
Combine flour, all ingredients except chocolate and M&M's. Set aside.
Step Two:
Melt white chocolate in microwave or double boiler
Step Three:
Pour over Chex mix, combining fully
Step Four:
Pour Evenly over cookie sheet
Step Five:
Once at a cooled temp, enough to press the M&M's, add in without melting them
Allow the chocolate to completely harden before breaking into crumbles
How do I store it White Chocolate Chex Mix?
It will last for one week in an airtight container or large zipper bag at room temperature.
It will last for two weeks in the refrigerator.
It can last up to 3 months in the freezer.
