Being Mizzy Bender means living unapologetically, loving boldly, and sharing my journey with all of you. As a swingers lifestyle influencer, educator, and advocate, I go live often to talk about the real ins and outs of ethical non-monogamy, answer your questions, and build a space where we can all connect without judgment.

I’ve made it a tradition to go live with you regularly. In the summer, I keep things fun and casual—it’s more about conversations, laughs, and those spontaneous lifestyle chats. But come September, I’ll be rolling out a more structured program with dedicated topics you can count on. Think of it as your weekly guide into the swingers lifestyle, with a Mizzy twist, of course.

My Personal Journey
Before Mizzy Bender was a brand, I lived the corporate grind. Walking away from that life to run my own
business was one of the craziest transitions ever. It's all in the blog, so go back and catch up.
The truth? The past few years have been full of struggle. I’ve questioned my direction, dealt with mental health challenges, and faced moments where I felt completely lost.
But today, I stand in a different space: confident, focused, and ready to chase my goals with full force. Every hardship shaped me into the woman I am now, and I’m beyond excited for what’s next.

Through this journey, Mizzy's Boutique was formed. An adult novelty shop starting out online and has since migrated into a traveling pop up boutique at swingers / alternative lifestyle events across the US.
